I've been running an online business since 2016 (I still can't believe it's been that long!) — first as an SEO service provider, then as a content strategist, and now as a business coach! In that time, I've had to figure out how to do this whole online business thing in a way that worked for my super neurodivergent brain (and for my roster of neurodivergent clients, too)
Here's a bit about my flavor of brain: I have ADHD, autism, chronic depression, general anxiety disorder and social anxiety, as well as fluctuating and unpredictable energy levels for some undiagnosable reason (#spoonielife 🥄)

Nope! Basically, I realized that running live group coaching calls/office hours/Q&As is my absolute faaaavorite, and since I don't currently run a group coaching program, I don't get to do it very often.
So I kind of figured, why not try it just on its own?? 😃
So there is no curriculum or larger program around this group coaching call. It's just the call, and that's it 🤗
You bet! Once the live call is over, I'll get it processed with subtitles and a transcript, and you'll get ongoing access to that replay for as long as it exists 🤗
