Listen, my first advice is always to do whatever gets you doing the thing, because imperfect and existing is going to get way better results than perfect and still in your head.

BUT

When you have the bandwidth to be more intentional and strategic about what you’re putting out there content-wise, in my experience, it alllllways pays off.

But for a lot of us, as soon as we start *trying* to be strategic, our brains get all twisted and overwhelmed

and all of the good shit in our brains gets tangled up and can’t come out on the page (or podcast or social post or wherever you create content).

There’s so many “best practices” and a lot of them contradict each other and even after you’ve taken 3,843 courses about content marketing and bought 43,562 templates, you still have no idea what to talk about in your content, which is, like, kind of important! (read: super fucking important)

You know what to do. You just can’t seem to do it.

So let’s stop overthinking it and get back to what we’re actually trying to do in our content…

Take our people on an adventure and (if it’s the right fit for them) sell them our offers.

I’m a business coach for neurodivergent online entrepreneurs.

But before I became a business coach, I was a content strategist for solopreneurs and course creators. 

I made my bread and butter by creating content calendars for my 1:1 clients, and that’s how I developed this framework.

Because I saw my clients creating awesome content when they were creating by the seat of their pants, but struggling to create content that had the same sparkle and vibe-iness when they tried to be more strategic. 

They’d get stuck in their heads about “handling objections” or “agitating pain points” or feeling gross about using copywriting formulas that felt manipulative or sleazy.
