You know the one. When everyone and their dog is suddenly talking about planning for the year ahead.
You see all these business coaches teaching their “proven planning systems” with spreadsheets and revenue projections and twelve-month plans, and you think “okay, maybe THIS is the year I finally get my shit together and plan like a Real Business Ownerโข.”
So you spend hours (or days, let's be real) in early January mapping out your entire year. You've got your Q1 launch planned, your Q2 strategy, your summer content themes, your fall sale events… the whole nine yards.
And then you get to March or April, and literally none of it has gone according to plan.
Maybe something unexpected happened.ย
Maybe one thing didn't perform as well as you'd hoped and now everything's off the rails.ย
Maybe you had three brilliant new ideas that are SO much more exciting than whatever you planned six months ago, but now you feel guilty for wanting to chase them instead of sticking to The Plan.ย
Or maybe everything just feels urgent all the time, and you're constantly stressed about what to prioritize and when, because your brain is screaming that you need to do ALL of it RIGHT NOW.
So you throw the whole thing in the trash and feel like shit about yourself for “not being able to follow through” or “not having enough discipline.”

Those rigid, spreadsheet-heavy, year-long planning approaches? They're not designed for chaos gremlin brains.
They don't account for time-blindness (trouble planning ahead AND being terrible at predicting how long things will take).
They don't work with demand avoidance (yes, even demands you're putting on yourself).
They don't help when everything feels urgent and you're paralyzed trying to figure out what order to do things in.
And they sure as hell don't leave room for the spontaneous brilliant ideas that are constantly pouring out of your brain (one of the magical qualities of your NDness!)
You need a planning approach that bends WITH your chaos, not one that breaks under it.
And honestly? It's way simpler than you think โจ
๐ You don't need more discipline.ย
๐ You don't need to “just stick to the plan.”ย
๐ You don't need another spreadsheet telling you that if you want to make $100k you need to sell 250 spots at $400 each (which, by the way, isn't even planning โ that's just putting a number on the amount of pressure you feel for your chaotic ideas to work).
What you need is a planning approach that actually works with your neurodivergent brain instead of against it.
One that honors your energy and capacity.
One that gives you permission to be a chaos gremlin instead of making you feel ashamed of it.
One that helps you move forward on your goals without burning out or breaking your brain in the process.
And that's exactly what I'm teaching you in this workshop.

You'll learn a planning style that:
๐ฆ Helps you decide what order to do things in and which of your ideas to focus on now (since unfortunately, time is linear and capacity is limited, even though we wish we could do it all right the fuck now)
๐ฆ Doesn't involve planning every little aspect of the whole year (because who even knows what will happen between now and then?!?!)
๐ฆ Allows you to follow the dopamine and be spontaneous (because for a lot of us, that's where our brain's magic lies!)
๐ฆ Works no matter what your tool preferences are (Notion girlie? Great. Asana diehard? Fab. Pencil and post-it notes? Slay.)
๐ฆ Flexes with and affirms your chaos gremlin tendencies โ no trying to force yourself to be something you're not (you can still be a planner while also being a chaos gremlin, I promise)

Iโm a business coach for neurodivergent online entrepreneurs.
I've been an online entrepreneur full-time for almost 9 years now.
And Iโm also AuDHD (autistic+ADHD), with anxiety and chronic depression, as well as wildly fluctuating and unpredictable energy levels (#spoonielife). Aka Iโm โโneurodivergent AF.
In the beginning, I tried every planning method I was sold. The yearly planning. The quarterly reviews. The strategic spreadsheets. All of it.
But after a while, it became super clear that these approaches, while they might work for neurotypical brains, DID NOT work for me.
With my neurodivergent AF brain, I've got time-blindness to contend with, but also demand avoidance, plus an overabundance of spontaneous new ideas that are often so much more fun than whatever super strategic thing I planned six months ago.
I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of person.
Eventually, I started noticing a pattern to how I was organically planning in my business. A way that actually worked WITH all of that instead of trying to force me into a box I'd never fit into anyway.
So I wrote it down. And now I'm teaching it to you.

Yeah, me neither.
That's why I made you a one-page template+reference sheet that has everything you need:

๐ย You've tried the spreadsheets and formulas and rigid year-long planning, and they all ended up in the trash when faced with reality
๐ Everything feels urgent all the time, and you're constantly stressed about what to prioritize and when to do it
๐ You're a chaos gremlin! (If you don't identify with that term at all, you probably won't resonate with this approach)
๐ You have lots of new ideas throughout the year and want to be able to run with them instead of putting them in a drawer for later (read: never) because you “have to do this other thing you planned instead”
๐ You want to feel less stressed and ashamed when you think about “business planning” or when January rolls around
๐ You struggle with envisioning or planning super far in advance (you'll love this!)
๐ You want to start working WITH your brain instead of against it
๐ You're an online entrepreneur, course creator, coach, or service provider
โ You need or want rigid systems and formulas โ this ain't it
โ You're looking for a system designed to get you to specific financial goals (this is about planning what to do and when, not about hitting revenue targets)
โ You're a “just tell me exactly what to do” type โ I'm giving you a flexible framework, not a paint-by-numbers template
โ If you don't identify with the term “chaos gremlin” in any capacity at all, this approach probably isn't going to land for you
โ Youโre offended by swear words; talk of the white supremacist, capitalist patriarchy; or gender play/queerness. I swear like a sailor, talk about the harms of the white capitalist patriarchy openly, and am nonbinary and queer AF. So you probably wouldnโt enjoy learning from me.

Nope! This workshop is about planning โ as in, deciding what to work on, when to work on it, and in what order.
I expect the strategy to already be baked into your goals and ideas (like “I want to launch this course” or “I want to fill my 1:1 spots”). The planning part is about figuring out how to actually make space for those things on your calendar in a way that works with your chaos gremlin brain.
So we won't be doing any math, building spreadsheets, or reverse-engineering revenue targets. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't the workshop for you!
Nope! This approach works no matter what your tool preferences are.
Notion girlie? Great. Asana diehard? Fab. Pencil and post-it notes? Slay.
I'll be walking you through the thinking process and approach – you can apply it to whatever tools you already use and love.
(Of course, if you attend live or watch in the first 24 hours, youโll be able to get the show-up-live gift, which is a template/reference sheet, but that will be available in Google Doc or Notion formats, so you can make it work with your existing systems!)
Yes! This approach accounts for that. There's always going to be various things/events/stuff that won't flex with us, so we'll talk about that too.
The point isn't to make EVERYTHING flexible – it's to build a planning approach that works with your brain while also accounting for the real constraints and commitments you have.
If you already know what works for you, consider this my permission slip to stop trying on other people's systems (including mine!) and lean into what you know works for you.
That's exactly how I came up with this approach – I stopped forcing myself into other people's frameworks and started paying attention to what I was already doing naturally. And I'm so glad I did.
So if you're already there? You probably don't need this workshop. Keep doing what you know works!
The workshop video itself is 41 mins, and you'll be prompted to pause at different moments to do the steps discussed. So it'll probably take an hour, maybe more if you're really mulling things over. There's also a Q&A section from when I ran the workshop live, and that's 20 mins.
But since we're actually DOING the planning during the workshop, you'll walk away having already started, not just with a bunch of notes you have to implement later.
You'll get access to my student-only FB Group, the Chaos Gremlin Water Cooler, where you can ask questions and get support from me and your fellow chaos gremlins!
There will be no refunds for this offer.
